Personally, I only have 2 nitpicks about this suit...
(1) The ears look a bit too short... A friend of mine described them pretty accurately as cat ears. If the designer could've lengthened them by about another inch or so then I think they would be awesome!
(2) The bat-symbol on his chest is just not the one I would've picked for Bats. Sure, if Snyder is wanting to go for a somewhat Dark Knight Returns vibe for Batman (or draw certain elements from it), then I can understand his reason for the "fat bat".
I love that the suit itself (not the symbol) looks a bit like the design from The New 52! comics. All in all, I would've designed this a bit differently, but for what we have right now I think this Batman will be better than Christian Bale's Batman!
(I just really hope he doesn't try to do the same voice that Bale's Batman had...)
